Stuart is a great guy and my experience with him has always been positive, he really does go the extra mile to provide technical information as well as excellent customer service. He doesnt try to sell me a bike each time i go in there (unlike the other LBS's in the area) and i am most likely to buy my next bike from him. Price is a factor but there are times when paying a little extra is well worth it. So far, the internet hasn't been able to do that! The few that I deal with are also very good with returns and delivery. They have to be though. Cyclists like to talk over coffee especially when it comes to new toys and bad experiences. I know less than nothing about bikes and they were so helpful, the mechanic even offered to show me how to clean it, change tubes etc etc.<br><br>While I waited to do the fitting, it was like standing around chatting with old mates.<br><br>Now I go back there for all the servicing etc even though they're a 40 minute drive from my place. Give your LBS a chance at least.
